Vegan Bouda Bowl 

8 oz herb salad (1 box)
1/2 cup broccoli sprouts
1 1/2 cup quinoa cooked (1/2 cup dry)
Tofu marinated with taco sauce
1 tomatoe
half cup jicama cut In pieces
one Scoop of each @nayasfoods green olive cauliflower dip and other two flavors.
pinch sea salt
pinch pepper

Mediterranean Dressing:
3/4 cup parsley leaves, tightly packed
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
pinch sea salt


1. Begin by washing your herbs and broccoli sprouts and drain .
2. Add the greens, Add cooked quinoa, and a pinch of sea salt and pepper.
3. Make your Mediterranean dressing: In a blender add the parsley, apple cider vinegar, garlic clove, olive oil, honey , mustard and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour the green goddess dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
5- add the cauliflower dips scoops , tomatoes, jicama pieces and tofu on top and serve!
